This post is about how I was falsely accused and imprisoned; after which I entered someone’s dream time and revealed the truth about how I had been wrongly accused by people who, driven by pride and greed, abused their position of power.
I was accused by south Goa police of selling Acid and was imprisoned for 19 days on charges of distributing commercial quantities of Acid. The police and their accomplices kidnapped me from my house at gunpoint, stole my crypto worth millions, and filed the harshest possible case against me, thinking I would rot in jail for years.
Before 04/12/2020, I was in the process of setting up a 100 million dollar ($100,000,000) Bullrun Fund and preparing to launch the Bullrun cryptocurrency coin.
On 04/12/2020, I had lunch and took a siesta in the afternoon. Around 17:30hrs, I went for a walk on the beach and returned around 19:20 to my place of stay in Galjibagh Goa, 403702 (located at coordinates 14.962030856811735, 74.0492741379072) at the end of a narrow road on the left side of the Church, to get ready for a table tennis game.
At approximately 19:30hrs, 4 plain clothes individuals, later identified as Siddan Desai, Swadesh Desai, Akshay Naik, and Dhiraj Dewidas, entered my room. They introduced themselves as policemen but provided no identification to prove this claim. They immediately began searching my belongings. I asked for a search warrant and requested official identification, which they failed to produce. Instead, they frisked me and ransacked my room. They took my pouch containing my mobile phone, Indian passport, Diplomatic passport issued by Bitnation, Aadhar Card, International Driving Licenses, and ID cards.
The men then aggressively grabbed me, dragged me from my room and down the stairs to my car, where they forced me to sit with one man on either side while a third drove to Canacona Police Station, Edapally Panvel Highway (NH-17), Mastimol, Canacona, Goa 403702.
I was detained at Canacona Police Station for about 14 hours, during which four police officers threatened me with violence. They slapped me around the head and threatened more physical violence if I wouldn’t release my mobile phone’s pin code. Under duress, I complied to avoid further physical confrontation.
They forced me to sign a document without allowing me to read its contents, threatening more physical violence if I refused. They denied my repeated requests for legal representation and access to a phone to contact my father about engaging an advocate.
On 5/12/2020, around 08:30 hrs, they placed a bag over my head and escorted me for a photo opportunity with newspaper reporters. I later learned this photo was used in two inflammatory articles published by prudentmedia.in and the Times of India, severely damaging my reputation.
Around 10:30am, I was taken to Old Sessions Court, Margao, Goa 403601, and brought before a magistrate to whom I wasn’t introduced. I was extremely fatigued but tried my best to cooperate with the court. When I requested bail, I was told it couldn’t be granted at a preliminary hearing.
At approximately 11:45am, I was returned to Canacona Police station, where I remained in holding cells for 13 more days until 18-12-2020. I was then transported to Modern Central Jail, Mumbai – Goa Hwy, Bardez, where I spent 3 days before being released on conditional bail on 21-12-2020.
During my incarceration, I used meditation and yoga techniques to communicate with the judge in her dream time, which resulted in me being granted bail in my first hearing—a miracle in such a severe drug case.
